A musical project rooted in heritage & tradition - remembered, rediscovered, and brought back to life.

Founded by Ariel Nahum in 2020, Ana Yamani brings together Yemenite songs and musical traditions with a rotating ensemble of local musicians. Ariel researches and collects songs from Yemen both familiar and lesser-known songs , reaching back to their original sources performed by Ariel in a traditional form - with oud, voice, and percussion.

Ariel draws inspiration from artists such as Hamud Al-Sama, Hussein Moheb, Ayoub Taresh, and Fouad Al-Kibsi, whose music has shaped his understanding and appreciation of Yemenite and Arabic musical traditions.

Ana Yamani has performed across Israel and is now expanding its journey internationally, bringing the sounds and musical heritage of Yemen to audiences around the world.​
